I'm not going to erase the first review below. However, I'm planning to modify this 1star review to four stars! FactoryWholesale was able to help me. I finally received my goods today! They were able to deal with me fairly and were attentive while I remain the entitled customer (hey I've spent $1000.00 I'm sure I'm entitled to be angry for a sloppy delivery). I'm going to offer praise to their customer service team especially George who was patient with my frustrations and anger and stayed on the case to investigate the issue before finally handing my items! Well done FactoryWholesale! I believe you may have turned a bad experience into an enjoyable one! Thank you for your time! The old review was shocking. receives the money but after a week , the items remain undeliverable! Seriously! The process from seller to verification was extremely quickly, items were initially intended to be shipped, but the non-smart people in the country forgot to include the custom declaration form and it was then resend to them. From there nothing! First time buyer, and really disappointed.
