This was my first experience placing an order through this company. I was extremely skeptical, even though I performed my due diligence and went to the BBB for their status and complaints. I was extremely pleased to see when, after my purchase was received, there was an email that I received with tracking information for the entire process , including delivery. I received updates regularly for each step. My husband was extremely pleased with his purchase. I highly recommend these shoes if you are an avid sneaker lover like me.
