My first order was excellent, with no issues. I was very pleased of my purchase. My second purchase was not as good. I made an order and I didn't receive any from them. I looked up my email and received an email stating that I was reimbursed. I did not receive any information from FactoryWholesale that explained why. My refund from PayPal said that the merchant didn't respond. So I decided to order the shoe yet again. I'm not certain whether the merchant is the same or not. I haven't received any details regarding this purchase. It's Thanksgiving weekend, therefore I'll wait another week.
