Excellent service that is very efficient. The only thing I would like to mention is that Factory Wholesale couriers are unable to reach customers, or do they use to contact them upon collecting their bags to returning home from a different country in which the customer has no local number or the residence in which they reside doesn't have a buzzer on the street to make a call, it makes the process more complicated.
