Factory Wholesale is a service I would recommend to anyone I know who's moving overseas. Our luggage was shipped out of NYC on the 10th of November, Thursday In the window that we were given, the driver who picked us up was present. As we got out of the cab to our new residence at Lucca Italy on Monday November 14th, the DHL truck arrived with our entire baggage from Factory Wholesale . Everything was in great shape and was delivered ahead of schedule! Excellent customer service too! Use them!
