Update: this issue was cleaned up by stock X and everything is fine. Two accounts were that were opened. I am grateful to them for getting back to me and getting it cleared up.I regret it. I purchased a pair Nike shoes last week. I ordered them through Paypal. The confirmation was not provided for the purchase via FactoryWholesale even after they did take my money. I tried to contact them for help , but they said that email to help isn't utilized any more. They claim that they have live help available, but it's not available neither. I haven't been able to reach any support from anyone and they've stolen my money without sneakers!! I've bought from them two times in the past but this hasn't happened. I am convinced that I was taken advantage of.
